Every year, we have a big celebration for Chinese New Year at my house. It's not a huge production or anything, but we do make a ton of really delicious food. My favorite part is when all the girls gather around the table and make potstickers and chat. It's a very chinese-style holiday (fitting I know) where we just cook and eat and talk all day and night. Also, can I just say my mom is amazing? Because she is. Anyone that's tasted (or even just looked at) her food can attest.
